Lord, I need a word for Your people. I have not been diligent.
Ben, though you have been slow in some ways due to your body’s needs,
know that My words to you are timely.
My beloved children. Today is the day that I have made for you! Today is
another day in which to rejoice and be glad in! Come, come, spend time
with Me. Come often into My presence so that I can bless you with all of
My blessings. It is not a difficult thing to do, to spend time with Me - and
the rewards are beyond measure! Yes, tough times are coming and I want
you to be accustomed to hearing My voice so that I can lead you through
whatever comes. Come, come, experience My love and My grace, dear ones.

Hearing our Lord's voice is a great blessing that He desires for all of his kids. Sadly, too many of them are so involved in doing their own thing that do not spend time with our precious Lord to hear His voice. My heart rejoices in your desire to hear Him!
What I have experienced in hearing the voice of our God better is spending time with Him, thanking Him, blessing Him, loving Him, asking Him about everything, both large and small. I have found that writing down my thought or question for him to comment upon is very important. Then I just write down, without questioning, the thoughts that come into my mind until they stop. I try to do this everyday, sometimes a number of times in a day. Remember, our Lord so desires our fellowship! He just loves to spend time with us! And we are blessed in many ways as we spend time with Him!
