We are sad to see Dr. Karen King leave our CLU staff after 11 years of blessing our students with her service. However, we rejoice with her over the new season the Lord is bringing her into! Karen has started a church in Ohio, and as it has continued to flourish her pastoral responsibilities have become more demanding, making it difficult for her to continue on as a CLU instructor.
Karen has been our primary instructor for the graduate level Christian Leadership University students, and we consistently received wonderful reports from students who loved her and felt their lives were radically transformed by the CLU courses they took with her.
Student Testimonies Concerning Dr. Karen King
I would like to take this opportunity to send a special letter of thanks and appreciation for Dr. Karen King. This semester has been particularly challenging for me... Dr. King has been very supportive and patient with me, always sending words of encouragement and inspiration. Her compassion and discernment is truly an amazing gift. I can clearly see the Spirit at work through Dr. King as she was able to pray directly over my situation as she interceded for me without my having influenced her prayers in any way. She spoke specifically to the mountains tormenting me and has ignited within me a new resolve to overcome the enemy and to live in victory through Jesus Christ.
As a representative of Christian Leadership University, Dr. King has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She has demonstrated true Christian character, spiritual courage and insight, and has exemplified remarkable leadership skills in her ability to educate, inspire, encourage, direct and support me. She has inspired me to become more attuned with the Spirit and more vigilant in exercising my spiritual authority and dominion over the enemy. She has sown many wonderful spiritual seeds in my life and I will be forever grateful for her prayers and genuine concern for me. Dr. King has touched my life in more ways than she can imagine. She is a pillar of strength and has been an Angel of Mercy on so many occasions. She has strengthened me during my times of weakness and has inspired hope within me to overcome my challenges by faith.
Please extend my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Karen King. She is truly an amazing gift to the body of Christ and to Christian Leadership University.

I would like to appreciate Dr. Karen King, she is a very good professor. She has my assignments and exams graded and returned in the shortest time possible. This helps me stay focused and I then know if I am doing the wrong thing. I have taken a number of online classes and sometimes I never heard back from the professors after asking a question. She stands out and I am very impressed with the way she works. She is a servant leader and a good example. I just wanted to give praise where it is due.
God bless you,
I had Dr. King as my instructor and I wanted to take this moment to appreciate her enthusiasm and her ability to motivate her students. I know so much of her effort can go unnoticed by others, but I want you to know that I do notice her willingness to do above and beyond that which she is called to do.
Thank you again, and I truly appreciate CLU and Dr. Karen King.
Our Farewell to Karen: We have appreciated all your work with CLU students for many, many years, and we believe you have had a very positive impact on hundreds of lives. We believe this has been a very fruitful period of your life as you have invested yourself in the growth of others in the body of Christ. We pray God's richest blessings on you in the work God has set before you. We are thankful that your life has touched ours!
Karen’s Goodbye: Thanks, Mark, I appreciate this and your blessing very, very much! CLU changed my life and I have loved seeing how it has changed many others and pray it will continue to do so. May God bless it more than it has ever been blessed! The message is pure and needed!
Thank you for your many anointed writings and all the time you have invested into CLU! I pray God's outrageous blessings upon you, Patti, and the staff!
To help this transition, I will finish out the students I am working with. May God abundantly bless you!
