A Proven Approach for Deliverance Mark Virkler

Joy Hong (see article below) called our offices after watching my TV interview with Sid Roth on Prayers That Heal the Heart and she wanted prayer for healing. Since she is Korean and I was doing two Korean Wagner Schools over the next two months, she agreed to fly from New York City to Chicago to attend them.

The first was on How to Hear Gods Voice, followed a month later by Prayers That Heal the Heart. Notice from her testimony below how important it was for her to be able to hear Gods voice and see vision, and how this prepared her for successful deliverance after trying unsuccessfully to receive inner healing and deliverance for 10 years! It is the bringing in of Gods light that drives out demonic darkness.

Also, notice that deliverance worked when the anchors that the demons were attached to were first repented of and removed! Then the demons were easily cast out. I encourage you to walk people through this process. It works! People do get set free, even after a lifetime of struggle, and it is generally a smooth and easy process.

Host the 12-week series on How to Hear Gods Voice, followed by the 12-week series Prayers that Heal the Heart. It is a small investment to take only 6 months to transform ones life through establishing spiritual intimacy and then driving out demonic darkness.

And, of course, you keep the door shut to further intrusion by satan by doing a 1-3 month Bible meditation on the topic that is on the opposite side of the issue you just received deliverance from. For example, if you are delivered from fear, doubt and unbelief, then you do a Bible meditation on faith, trust and belief. This process is taught in the Prayers That Heal the Heart series.

When I experienced deliverance prayer ministry in 2000, I was delivered of several clusters of demons so I did a Bible meditation in several areas. I spent a total of two to three months ensuring all doors were closed so the demons could not return (Lk. 11:24-26). I have shared the Bible meditations I did in the appendices of our book Prayers That Heal the Heart. I also continued to do two-way journaling, thus continuously bringing in Gods light and truth. In addition, I repent daily of my sins and through these means I have been able to remain free of demons over the last 10 years!

So I can vouch from my lifes experience and that of many others, that these steps toward freedom can and do work! Nine months for freedom is not too high a price to pay (that is, 3 months for How to Hear Gods Voice, 3 months for Prayers That Heal the Heart and 3 months for an intensive Bible meditation). Please use these steps yourself and teach them to others. Lets get people free in Christ Jesus and show them how to remain free! May our lives of wholeness bring glory to Almighty God!

If I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. (Matt. 12:28) And they were casting out many demons and were anointing with oil many sick people and healing them. (Mk. 6:13) These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues. (Mk. 16:17)

 

My Journey to Freedom Dr. Joy Hong, New York City

I was exposed to inner healing during the year 2000 when I attended an inner healing seminar. Since then I had attended many seminars on deliverance from evil spirits. But I found the seminars didnt help me at all. I had been tormented by my inner wound continually. I also went to California retreat center that was the place mainly famous for the deliverance work. But it didnt help me either. The pastor there tried to cast out evil spirits from me but it didnt work.

So I gave up my attempt to drive demons out. Instead I began to meditate on the Word of God; the Love of God. Daily in the morning, I would meditate on the Word memorizing verses about Love, Joy and Peace. I soaked deeply in His Love and Word. This caused my inner pain to diminish somewhat and I felt a gradual healing. It was a long journey to freedom and I still had not arrived.

Then in May this year, while on the internet, I discovered Mark Virklers teachings on How to Hear Gods Voice and Prayers That Heal the Heart. I have had a hard time learning to hear Gods voice. In the past I had thought I heard Gods voice but I then discovered that it was not Gods voice. So I was passionate to learn to hear Gods voice more clearly.

I attended an intensive 3-day teaching by Mark Virkler on how to hear Gods voice. We covered the four keys of stillness, vision, spontaneity and journaling. After I attended this conference, I found I was able to see Jesus by looking for vision and I could hear His voice. My spiritual eyes and ears were opened by the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. For the next one month, I did daily journaling which prepared me for the follow-up conference on Prayers That Heal the Heart.

As I journaled I found how deep and beautiful the Love of Jesus is. I saw a vision of Jesus playing with me. He embraced me in His arms. In my vision I was about 5 years old and I asked Him to play with me and He did. It was so vivid and healing.

I saw a vision of Him as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah and I rode on His back. As we journeyed down the street, I noticed that all the other spiritual beings were trembling. I was extremely strengthened through this experience of His strong presence.

His voice became clearer as I continued to journal. Sometimes, in my vision, Jesus became as a mother hen who gathered her chicks under her wings. And under His wings I enjoyed Gods love, protection and rest. Sometimes He became an eagle which I rode as He took me into 3rd heaven.

Before taking the seminar on How to Hear Gods Voice my image of Jesus was that of an authoritative being with frozen postures and no smile. But through two-way journaling and vision, I found Jesus was full of joy, funny, playful, humorous and one who willingly played with me. As I played with Him often I became transformed into a joyful being.

Then July 19, 2010, the conference Prayers that Heal the Heart started. I was taught to apply 7 specific prayers and as I prayed through each prayer I began to feel lighter in my chest and in my spirit. As I finished repenting of my negative expectations and inner vows I felt so much lighter and better.

Then I invited Jesus to come into the traumatic pictures in my mind of things that had happened in my past. I was able to see these negative pictures in a new light as I saw Jesus there, moving and doing things. Finally I was able to interpret these events positively. I felt relieved and free from the negative power of these past memories.

After I worked through all 6 steps that are part of the process of dismantling evil spirits homes, I sat down with my group (4 people including me) in my hotel room. We began to pray for each other to cast out the evil spirits by following the instructions given to us. We all experienced wonderful freedom. My self-hate and fear that had been tormenting me finally left.

Through this experience my faith has been strengthened. I found I can cast out evil spirits in the name of Jesus. It works! I realized that I needed the training how to hear Gods voice first in order to go through the process of healing of my heart. I needed to see Jesus alive and hear His voice in order to be healed.

Victory comes through His work and power, not any humans ability or power. Previously I failed because my eyes and ears were closed and I did not know I needed to dismantle the demons house before trying to cast it out. Now I am set free. Glory to God! Thank You, Lord. Also I am really thankful for the teaching of Mark Virkler who has well organized these principles to reach the freedom. We are called to be free.
