Overview: God declares "if there is a prophet among you, I, the Lord, shall make Myself known to him in a vision. I shall speak with him in a dream" (Num 12:6).
God is still speaking to mankind through the dream today. We will learn how to interpret the language of symbolism in the dream, and thus how to unravel their messages to us. We will discuss the voice of God in the dream, the validity of the dream, the setting, purpose and response to the dream, the importance of the journal, people and animals in dreams, objective and subjective dreams, the dream as a great problem-solver, dreams and counseling and the principles for interpreting the dream.
Registration Cost: Seminar registration cost is a freewill offering which will be taken up toward an honorarium for Rev. Mark Virkler.
Seminar Materials: Each registrant will need to buy a "Hear God through your Dreams Workbook" available for $20CAD at the Seminar, or available online at https://www.cwgministries.org/store/hear-god-through-your-dreams-workbook.
Preparation: Put your journal next to your bed for the week or two before the seminar and record summaries of any dreams you have. Record what you were thinking about when you went to bed that night, and any interpretation the Lord gives you. This will be a workshop where we work together on people’s dreams including in smaller groups.
Interaction: We want some samples of recent dreams people have before the seminar (recent – within the last week or so of one’s life). If you would like to participate in working through your dream live, during the training, send an email to Jeff Duncan ([email protected]) with the following:
A clear summary of the dreams (short, two paragraph maximum).
The key action of the dreams.
The key emotion of the dreams.
What is going on in your heart and life the day before you had the dream.
Your journaling about how God interpreted the dream for you.
