Download-only orders will NOT be charged shipping,
despite what is displayed in the shopping cart and email invoice. All orders
are processed manually, and shipping for these items will be deducted before
your credit card is charged. These are not instant
downloads.

Shipping within the United States
Shipping fee is calculated as 14% of the order total, with $6.50 being the
minimum charge.
When you select "Cheapest Method", orders within the continental
United States are shipped by Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, and you are
charged the amount shown in the shopping cart.
The shipping fee shown in the shopping cart does not apply to expedited
orders. The true charge is always greater, and calculated at time of
shipment based on the weight of the package and the location it is being
shipped to.
International orders

At this time standard air shipping may take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. If this is
