2006 Graduation!Eight graduates were honored with degrees at a Spirit-anointed commencement service at Abundant Life International Baptist Cathedral, with Bishop Mullen presiding. Taking the Voice of God into New Age Fairs and Seeing Salvations! – Malin Boman, Australia “In early 2004 I joined a ladies group in Australia that wanted to hear God's voice. We went through the Communion with God course together. It was so wonderful that I had to tell my home group about it and later in the same year we started to do the course again with my home group. “Over the last 2 years God's voice has changed all of us in the home group in many ways. We all desire to hear from Him and we do and we find it is accompanied with 2-4 confirming prophetic words from others in the group. The people in the group who used to think meetings were boring and would sit and stare at the ceiling have changed their views and they now receive wonderful things from the Lord. “Today 3 of us from the home group joined a team of Christians who go out to reach the New Age believers at New Age Fairs. I feel an arm around my shoulders; I look up and see it is Jesus. He smiles reassuringly at me and nods me to go ahead. I tell Him I am afraid and don't know why. “My child, you're afraid only because you cannot see the outcome, the results. You do not have that gift. What you do have I give you and that is confidence and ability. You are a perfectionist at heart; if you don't think you can do it perfectly, you would rather not do it at all. You allow the fear of imperfection to stop you from achieving your goals. “You have heard of happy accidents in art? Well, it is not just in art; it is in life too. I can make a happy accident out of many life mistakes. You fear because of your past. It is that past of abuse and hurts that causes you to be such a perfectionist. You are afraid of being judged incorrectly and having to suffer the consequences of that judgment as you suffered much under the hand of the abuser. “That, Jan, is not how life is to be. It is happiness and confidence I long to pour out onto you, not judgment and criticism. You are accepting a lie that satan, the enemy, has projected to you. Rebuke it in My Name. Open your heart and mind up to be filled with confidence.” “I do, Lord. I rebuke the lie satan has kept me in bondage with and I demand that it leave my heart and mind and go back where it came from in the Name of Jesus.” “Now, Jan, listen to Me. You are a diamond, shiny and bright. I know; I polish you daily! You are bursting to overflowing with talents you have held inside of you for decades. Part of those talents is the ability to write, to get messages across, through art, writing, singing, music! My messages! “You can write exams well because you cover much in detail. Your artistic ability allows you to see that detail. You have the ability to memorize that detail visually and can do it with words also. My hand is upon you to help you do it. You are My artist, My writer, My singer, My passionate friend. “I fill your passion with My love; you are bright as a shining star. You are unassuming; which allows you to not judge others. Yet you have discernment when you know something is not right. I have given you those gifts to use in ministry. I cannot give you that ministry until you are in complete understanding of My ways as to how I work in you. I know you cannot possibly understand My ways, but you do need to have come to an understanding between you and Me as to how I work within you. “You recognize My voice, yet don't always listen. I need you to listen and do. Listen and do. Look to see what I am doing and then do as I do, just as Jesus did. He is My Son, you are My daughter…in My heart there is little difference. Only you make the difference, by setting yourself apart from Me. Be confident in who you are through Me, little one. You are My precious daughter. You have the power I give you. The knowledge I give you. Use it to glorify My Name. “Look at situations through My eyes, not your own. Seeing things that way will help Me show you the bigger picture. When you raise your own thoughts above Mine and begin to doubt, you block My view – I can still see through My eyes but you can't see My view through yours. “Self doubt has no place in My Kingdom for I bring forth confidence and courage. Take up that confidence and courage, My precious one. Carry it with you wherever you go and yield not to the temptation of doubt that the enemy feeds you. Feed on My Word instead. Fill yourself up with truth. “You are My precious daughter. I love you and I want to teach you and give you your inheritance. I know everything about you good and bad. The good I nurture, the bad I forgive and want to help you to mold it into your life and make it good. You're worth more to Me than the sparrows. You're a member of My kingdom, a princess, My bride. “My love will carry you through all things. You are My mighty warrior, a soldier of the truth. You are in My army, the army of the cross. Fear does not take a step in My army; only confidence and courage do. Even if you make a mistake know that I will do all things well in the end. So, little one, accept that you will make mistakes but that I will teach you through them and make all things good!” Succeeding in Business – A Dream Interpretation – Steve Bydeley Dream: “My daughter and I walked up to some type of commercial building. As we approached I reached out to grab the doorknob to enter. I heard my daughter make a frightful noise and saw her looking up. I looked and on top of the building was a Roman soldier about ten feet tall guarding the building. “When I looked up I could see up his kilt. His buttocks were made of a silver-gold type of metal. We snickered and I said let's go before he sees us. We ran with other people and came to a six foot chain link fence. The people were panicking because of the fence. I said to my daughter, 'This is easy, we can get out.' I started pulling the fence up from the ground with the assistance of the other people. We all squeezed under the fence. Background: “This has been a time in my life of a strong desire to preach, but no doors are opening. I also have started a business, but have not received any of the needed referrals. I had planned on using the resources from the business to get started in ministry. I am experiencing frustration in both ventures.” Interpretation: In this dream her daughter was 10 years old. At that age the dreamer was experiencing poverty, an absent father, she was withdrawn, afraid of people, and starting to get bad grades in school. The daughter in the dream represented those experiences active in her life today. At ten years of age she may have concluded that she would always be poor or never do well. The commercial building and the Roman soldier represented business or commerce (the gold and silver). The daughter's fear prevented them from entering. God was showing her in this dream that those childhood negative conclusions were active in her life and that she could escape these beliefs with the help of others. Effect on the dreamer's life: I encouraged the dreamer to seek the help of those experienced in the area of inner healing prayer so that she could be free of those negative conclusions and live the abundant life in the joy and peace that Jesus paid dearly to make available to us.
