Your River Must Flow!
While teaching a CWG seminar in Maryland a few weeks ago, I explained that God had given me revelation about flow from John 7:37-39 and that Gods voice sounds like a flow of spontaneous thoughts. I mentioned that I had never seen a book on flow. After the seminar, Albert Gengenbach, a 74-year-old gentleman, offered me a copy of his book, released two years ago, entitled
Your River Must Flow! - How anyone may minister the anointing of the Holy Spirit. It was on John 7:37-39!

If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, streams (RIVERS, KJV) OF LIVING WATER will flow from within him. By this He meant the Spirit. (Jn. 7:37-39)

So on the plane back from Nigeria I read the book. As soon as I got into it, I slowed down my reading pace and began underlining important sections that were speaking to me. Soon I was underlining almost everything on every page! The book was astounding in the revelation it presented about how to minister the anointing of God.

In the first half of the book, Albert explains a revelation God gave him from John 7:37-39. Whereas God has given me a revelation on one word in these three verses, God has given Albert astounding revelation on the entire three verses and he has seen that these verses teach you how to release and minister the anointing of the Holy Spirit into peoples lives by doing four very simple things, which closely parallel the four keys God has shown me on how to hear His voice.

My four keys to
hearing Gods voice are:
1. Quiet down
2. See Jesus
3. Tune to flow
4. Write in faith

Alberts four keys to
releasing the anointing are:
1. Thirst
2. Come to Christ
3. Drink
4. Believe in Christ and receive

I believe that the four keys God has shown me are not only for hearing Gods voice but also for operating any of the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit. Albert shows that this is true, and that we are not limited to only operating the gifts of the Spirit through these keys, but that everything Jesus offers within us is available through practicing these four steps.

In the second half of Alberts book, he shares story after story of how he practically applies the keys from John 7:37-39 to release specific aspects of the anointingthe life of Jesus within usto ourselves and to others.

The book is extremely detailed with amazing accounts, and produces a conviction within the reader that he, too, can do this. Specific anointings include the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit and the nine fruit of the Holy Spirit, along with another 50-100 things the Bible says the Holy Spirits anointing ministers to us. This includes ministering the anointing to non-Christians resulting in their salvation, and Albert has led several thousand individuals to the Lord using these keys.

Books and churches take all sorts of positions toward the anointing of the Holy Spirit. They range from embracing it, to marginalizing it, to ignoring it, to teaching against it. I have personally become convinced that the Christian life is to center in the experience and release of the anointing of the Holy Spirit to us and through us to others. This makes the playing field level at the foot of the Cross, for now Christian growth is not dependent on our own intelligence or ability but upon receiving and releasing the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

My passion is to comfortably live in the anointing of the Holy Spirit and to release it confidently and continuously to others. I am excited about taking the next three to nine months re-reading this book several times, meditating on each section, and practicing them as I learn to release specific aspects of the life of Christ to and through me to others. You may want to join with me in this project, meditating on the book, practicing the new skills, and sharing your experiences so we can all grow together faster.

You may order this book from us in either English or Spanish for $12 plus shipping. You may email Albert at river73739@cs.com to discuss the ideas in his book or to schedule him to do a seminar in your church.

Seminar Participants Journaling: Co-mingled with God makes you a rare tasty treat!
Lord, what would You like to say to me?

You are too hard on yourself. I don't expect you to be perfect. I called you out so that I could live in you and so that we could both experience what the combination of the two of us looks like when we are expressing our personalities through this one body. When we are separateI am like chocolate and you are like peanut butter. Blend us together and the result is a tasty treat. Except that there is only one like us in the whole world. Together we are a RARE tasty treat.

I want you to enjoy that about yourselfin Meand stop lamenting what you are not. I will complete you in your weak areas. Take captive and put away thoughts of inadequacy in your area of gifting. Remember to look to Me and rely on Me and depend on Me, and I will supply everything you need to serve the Kingdom.

From Another Seminar Participant
What would You say to me?

You are a beautiful child with innocent eyes. See the clouds forming on the horizon? My arms will keep you safe. Storms are exciting times. Thunder and lighteningnot to be feared, for My arms are around you and Ill not let you go.

We can dance to the music of the stormsyour feet on Mine; My hands holding yours.

We dance with abandonment. The pounding of your heart is not from fear but pleasure and anticipation. The wind wraps My robes around you. Watch and be amazed at what I do. You will find peace in the midst of chaos.

Nigeria Update
I had a wonderful time ministering in the beautiful land of Africa. A week of teaching saw approximately 200 pastors learn to journal and come into more intimate fellowship with their Lord and Savior. Praise God!

While there, I was approached by an individual seeking an ongoing supply of salvation tracts and Bibles for distribution into his community. Would you or your home group like to have an outreach into Nigeria? You can minister into the revival taking place in that nation by supplying this gentlemans need. If God directs you to participate, please contact our offices and we will give you further information.

I want to thank you for your prayers while I was overseas. I felt strengthened by them as the Holy Spirit graced us with His presence, protection and power throughout the trip. You, our intercessory partners, are one of the most important parts of this ministry. We appreciate your continued prayers, and believe for an increase of Gods blessing and anointing upon you in your service to the Kingdom.

Dream Interpretation: Driving a Pickup Truck Steve Bydeley
Dream: I was in a factory and went into an area where I used to work. A worker came to me pointing out a flaw on a returned automotive sound insulation part. There was evidence of overheating. I told him I would deliver the part to the office. I found a red Esso pickup truck and started to drive to the office. On the way I was blocked in by some transport-trailer shuffling. I started to back up and go forward trying to get out, to go another way. At one point a trailer backing up seemed to knock off the drivers side mirror, and the jolt knocked the rearview mirror off, too. I was still trying to get out when I woke up.

Background: My wife and I had been discussing our ministry and I was asking the Lord what the next step should be in my life: Should I continue in full-time ministry or venture back into secular employment?

Interpretation: This is a subjective dream, for me and about me, since I am active throughout. My years in engineering employment were spent primarily in two main fields - Petrochemical and Automotive. Both are represented in this dream. It is obvious that even though I seem to be at an impasse and not progressing, the Lord does not want me to backup, to go back.

Effect on My Life: We very much appreciated having this direction in our lives and would have missed it if we had no regard for our dreams. Together, we decided to weather the present difficulties and expect the Lord to turn things around in His timing and His way. He is trustworthy!

Steve and Dianne Bydeley are authors of the book Dream Dreams, as well as a companion workbook, teacher's manual and seminar audiotapes. They offer a 12-week Internet Dream Interpretation Mentoring course wherein you are personally and confidentially coached through your dreams.

Prayer Before the Kansas Senate
When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to ask Your forgiveness and seek Your direction and guidance.

We know Your Word says, Woe to those who call evil good, but that's exactly what we've done.

We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and inverted our values.

We confess that we have ridiculed the absolute truth of Your Word and called it moral pluralism.

We have worshipped other gods and called it multiculturalism.

We have endorsed perversion and called it an alternative lifestyle.

We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.

We have neglected the needy and called it self-preservation.

We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare.

We have killed our unborn and called it choice.

We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.

We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building esteem.

We have abused power and called it political savvy.

We have coveted our neighbors possessions and called it ambition.

We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.

We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.

Search us, O God, and know our hearts today; try us and see if there be some wicked way in us; cleanse us from every sin and set us free.

Guide and bless these men and women who have been sent here by the people of Kansas, and who have been ordained by You, to govern this great state.

Grant them Your wisdom to rule and may their decisions direct us to the center of Your will. I ask it in the name of Your Son, the living Savior, Jesus Christ.

Amen.

The response was immediate. A number of legislators walked out during the prayer in protest. In six short weeks, Central Christian Church, where Rev. Wright is pastor, logged more than 5,000 phone calls with only 47 of those callers responding negatively. The church is now receiving international requests for copies of this prayer from India, Africa and Korea. Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program, The Rest of the Story, and received a larger response to this program than any other he has ever aired. With the Lord's help, may this prayer sweep over our nation and wholeheartedly become our desire so that we again can be called one nation under God.
