re-affirm to us that Jesus is very much alive and active in the
lives of each and every one of us. As economic turmoil continues, it
is so necessary to be able to turn to Jesus and ask Him for His
input on the situation, and to actually receive it!
God is our Provider. We hear, we sow, we believe and we receive.
Thank you for helping us saturate the world with people who know
how to hear God’s voice! We appreciate you, your friendship and
your joining with us to spread the message of intimacy with Christ.

Stars” by
sharing your story of a
supernatural encounter with the LIVING Christ!
Together let’s declare to the world that Jesus Christ IS ALIVE
TODAY, loving and caring for His children!
We
would love to see 1000 blogs on Koinonia
Network with 1000 examples of divine encounter between
the living God and His precious children. Let’s let the world know
by our testimonies that our God lives! These testimonies can be
examples of two-way journaling, or dreams with their
interpretations, or divine healings, or life transformations. Anything
which demonstrates a supernatural encounter with the living God!
I (Mark Virkler) have posted a blog containing some of my
journaling on Koinonia Network. This blog becomes one of these
sparkling stars. It is some journaling I did awhile back where Jesus
was helping me understand the concept that He lives His life out
through me. You may view

You and I are the children of Abraham. We are children of faith.
We are the fulfillment of the vision that Abraham saw in Genesis
15:5 of thousands of stars:

“Now look toward the heavens,
and count the stars, if you are able to count them.” And He
said to him, “So shall your descendants be.” (Gen.
15:5)

Jesus is alive! The promise of Abraham is fulfilled. We are the
children of faith. We are sparkling stars shining in the darkness!

shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven,
and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars
forever and ever.” (Dan. 12:3)

“Would
You Like to Dance?” –
Vision and Journaling from Lee Ann Ferris
I became a Christian 35 years ago. I went to church and Bible study
and prayed often but never could hear God talking to me. Without
that conversation I never really had a relationship with Jesus. I
knew I was missing out and prayed often to hear Him. One day in
early 2009 I saw Mark on That’s Supernatural talking
about hearing the voice of God. I knew right away that I needed to
send for the workbook. When I received the book I devoured it in
about a week. It was so exciting to finally learn how to hear His
voice.
I had journaled for 5 days and on the 6th day I was listening to
one of my favorite contemporary Christian songs, quieting my mind
and getting into His presence. As I was focusing on His face I heard
Him say “Would you like to dance?” I said “What?” I
couldn’t believe what I was hearing in my heart. As I looked into
His eyes He took my hand and we started to dance. He was such a
Gentleman and we waltzed to the music. As we danced about my heart
was so full of joy and I was taken by the moment. His face was so
beautiful and His smile so kind.
After the dance I began to journal His words “I love you
more than you can ever know. I am going to heal you of your past
hurts and disappointments and I know there are many.........I will
teach you much about trust and about what I will do for you when you
learn to trust Me with everything.....Go into your day and be aware
of Me speaking to you throughout the day. Oh, and thanks for the
dance. You are so beautiful. You so touched My heart today.”
I thought about the dance all day long and the more I thought
about it the more I realized that I had danced with the Creator of
the universe, the King and the great I AM. It hit something deep
inside of me and the intimacy began to scare me as I had never had
that kind of heart intimacy. I couldn’t sleep that night and I
became a little frightened.
The next morning I sat down to get into His presence. I quieted
my mind, listened to my favorite praise song, looked into His eyes
and began to journal. He said, “Don’t be frightened of Me.
You must let yourself go and fall into My love. I will catch you.
You are My child. Don’t be afraid.”
I have been journaling for 9 months now. I still dance with the
Lord and sometimes I dance for Him. Dancing has become a valuable
part of My relationship with Him.

Klingensmith, a CLU student, has produced a wonderful new book, The
Courageous Cubs. Here is Patty to tell you about it in her
own words.
The
Courageous Cubs is a story about two lion cubs that are in
foster care. Andy and Omar have mixed emotions and feel they have no
choice about their life. At times they are frightened and feel
hopeless. The great lion guides them showing the choices they do
have! The book is intense, but ends giving Andy and Omar hope of a
bright future!

At first glance this book appears to be a children’s book,
however, adults will love reading it too! It may take them back to
their own childhood experiences and make the way for inner healing
and peace. Children, family members, educators and caseworkers may
read it and become more aware of the challenges children in troubled
homes face. Hopefully it will create a soft spot in your heart for
these children.
When I was younger, I always wanted to take in foster children,
but due to my marriage situation that wasn’t possible. My desire
went unspoken for years! Then one day, my daughter Melanie and her
husband Bob announced they felt the Lord wanted them to take in
foster children even though they had not started their own family
yet! I thought how faithful the Lord had been to the desire in my
heart! Together we have fostered ten children! As a result, I became
aware of the plight of these dear ones. It has resulted in a
therapeutic children’s book complete with companion coloring
pages. I want to get the message to judges, legislators, social
workers, parents and children alike. The book has received a
professional endorsement by Jim Mills, MA, NCSP, School
Psychologist. I hope it will call you to action!
