When you come to Me, rightly related to Me, your image becomes defined by the process of maturing you until the work I started in you is completed. I look at the finished work and I sculpt until I see the reflection of the image of Myself I wish to have displayed in the earth.

Molecular Biology Demonstrates that In Jesus All Things Hold Together
Colossians 1:15-20 all things were created by Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

This eight-minute video (Louie Giglio - Passion Conferences, YouTube) is an excerpt from a message where Louie is relating a passage from Psalm 33, talking about how God made the heavens, and yet has His eye on those who hope in Him, to deliver them.

After reading the passage, he asks how we can be sure that God will be there for us, and that He holds onto us through every circumstance in our lives. Louie then points to an amazing fact of molecular biology within the human body, a substance that is of vital importance and the glue that holds our cells together: Laminin.

Are You Ready for a Change? Journaling from Pastor Terry
Lord, teach me how to truly change. What are the steps for me to truly embrace change, and not simply give mental assent to the principles or steps of change? I seem to fear that change will be for the worse, and not better, and I will feel uncomfortable, and not like what Im becoming. Can you help me understand what You are doing, and You are going to do?

Terry, Yes, I am going to change you. But from the inside out first. So you need not fear. For what change I make will be a change you have embraced and not something external that will be forced upon you. You will change inside and therefore desire the outward expressions that I give you. In fact, those outward expressions will not only convince you of My power and love, but also they will feed your spirit so that you will embrace change more readily. Are you ready for change?

I believe so Lord, although you know I have doubts and questions that cause me fear and paralyze me. So how do I press forward?

Terry, trust Me. One step at a time. One day at a time. Take a truth I give you and begin to incorporate it into your daily life. You dont need to do everything all at once. Just one thing. One truth, and that one truth will open you to others, and you will begin to flow with change in greater and greater dimensions.

Humor Heals Entering Heaven
A minister dies and is waiting in line at the Pearly Gates. Ahead of him is a guy who's dressed in sunglasses, a loud shirt, leather jacket, and jeans.

Saint Peter addresses the man wearing somewhat sloppy clothes, Who are you, so that I may know whether or not to admit you to the Kingdom of Heaven?

The guy replies, Im Jack Thomas Jr., taxi-driver, of New York City.

Saint Peter consults his list. He smiles and says to the taxi-driver, Take this silken robe and golden staff and enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

The taxi-driver goes into Heaven with his robe and staff. Then its the ministers turn. He stands up tall and booms out, I am Joseph Snow, pastor of Saint Mary's Church for the last forty-three years.

Saint Peter consults his list. He says to the minister, Take this cotton robe and wooden staff and enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Just a minute," says the minister. That man before me was a taxi-driver, and he gets a silken robe and golden staff. How can this be?

Saint Peter looks to the preacher and says, Up here, we work by results. While you preached, people slept. While Jack drove, people prayed.

Health Corner Hidden Cause of Pain Discovered by Josh and Charlene Virkler
Josh has always struggled with headaches. He took headache medicine every day or two, for years and years. He tried everything he could think of. He went to the chiropractor, the homeopath, he tried cutting sugar from his dieteverything anyone suggested, he figured was worth a try. But nothing helped.

When my friend told me how cutting monosodium glutamate from her sons diets took away most of the symptoms of their ADHD, and listed many other ailments (including headaches) that are aggravated by MSG, we thought it would be worth a try. Off we went to the supermarket, looking at the labels of everything we bought, buying only things without the many names of MSG.

After a couple weeks eating this way, we went out to dinner. Thirty-six hours later, Josh had a horrible headache. And then it hit us! He hadnt been having any headaches the whole time we were eating MSG-free! For the first time, we found something that worked!

Since then, weve done more research on the additive. It turns out, hes far from the only one to be affected by it. Its found in most processed foods, and even things labeled natural arent necessarily free from it. Everything from baby formula to granola to tortilla shells is vulnerable. Its linked to obesity (scientists routinely make their study rats obese by injecting them with MSG), as well as a host of other health issues. And though its been work trying to figure out sources of his headaches, the fact that theyre so much less frequent makes the hunt worthwhile.

Rarely is MSG listed explicitly on labels, because people are starting to question its safety. Click here for the names of ingredients that can contain MSG. For example, natural flavor is often a euphemism for MSG, and yeast extract always is. The gelatin encapsulating nearly every pill on the market is another definite source of MSG (yes, even pills you may find at a health food store!)

Steps you can take

	Eat The Genesis Diet: that is, real food as close to its original state as possible. Fresh fruits and vegetables, and other unprocessed foods are your safest choices.
	When you are unsure of the ingredients in a meal you are eating, umeboshi (which is available as convenient tablets) may provide some protection. Also Taurine, Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and CoQ10 are some of the possible remedies that can help.
	When you do experience a reaction to MSG, you can get some immediate relief from activated charcoal, which helps detox your system. Unfortunately, it is usually sold in gelatin capsules, which defeats the purpose! If you have some in your house already, you can open the capsules and dump the powder into a glass of water. It discolors the water, but does not add any unpleasant flavor. Another solution is to purchase it in bulk powder.
	People who react to MSG are also often sensitive to Aspartame, another almost universal ingredient in diet foods. So you may want to cut out both!
