We were praying for 200 to attend, but 680 people came to Toronto and another 320 watched by streaming video! This means we had 1000 people experience this seminar. This weekend was so special for me I was able to view most of the meetings at TACF over the internet. Your meetings were so outstanding a whole new dimension opened up for me. My mom (81) watched the meetings and was as excited as me. I watched from Montgomery Village, Maryland, and she from St. Augustine, Florida. We chatted during breaks. She has been asking for some specific fresh revelation, waiting on the Lord for it, and she called me to say that this was it for her. Wow!

We both felt so light and free during and after. Everyone should have a chance to hear this! We plan to do the course together watching each meeting again and sharing as we want to follow thru for the 3 months. Then we hope to offer this to others. So, thanks so much!

My mom is still on fire with the Holy Spirit at 81. She has retired to Florida, and (no kidding) everywhere you go with her on errands etc, people stop her because she has shared with so many about the Lord. The Lord has promised her that the best years are ahead for her. Maria Byrne

Dear Mark, I'm watching the teachings you did 2 weeks ago at TACF, on my computer. I've only watched 3 so far and I have a new life! I can't tell you enough how grateful I am. This is the best thing that's happened since I met Jesus 25 years ago, and it has been a really interesting, exciting ride all the way but nothing compared to this.

You say you didn't hear God for 11 years; I'm way ahead of you on that one at 25 years. In that time I've done the YWAM one-year course, stayed on staff with them for another year in Africa as a missionary, planted a church in Italy, and all the time feeling insecure, going by fleeces and open doors, striving to 'hear.' Like you, talking to people who heard, getting teachings on 'The Ways God Speaks' but never being taught how to hear Him. I'm so grateful to you. I have a lifetime to catch up on. I love being an innocent 8-year-old; thank you for that, too!

Church Bulletin Bloopers

	The Fasting & Prayer Conference includes meals.

	Ladies, don't forget the rummage sale. It's a chance to get rid of those things not worth keeping around the house. Don't forget your husbands.
	The peacemaking meeting scheduled for today has been canceled due to a conflict.
	Don't let worry kill you off......let the church help.
	Miss Charlene Mason sang I will not pass this way again, giving obvious pleasure to the congregation.
	For those of you who have children and don't know it, we have a nursery downstairs.
	Next Thursday there will be tryouts for the choir. They need all the help they can get.
	Barbara remains in the hospital and needs blood donors for more transfusions. She is also having trouble sleeping. She has requested tapes of Pastor Jack's sermons.
	The Rector will preach his farewell message after which the choir will sing, Break Forth Into Joy.
	Irving Benson and Jessie Carter were married on October 24 in the church and so ends a friendship that began in their school days.
	Potluck supper Sunday at 5:00 PM prayer and medication to follow.
	Low Self-Esteem Support Group will meet Thursday at 7 PM. Please use the back door.
	The eighth-graders will be presenting Shakespeare's Hamlet in the church basement Friday at 7 PM. The congregation is invited to attend this tragedy.

From behind prison walls: Cosmo Zimik is teaching CWG within a prison and says the following: One of the inmates said that he had given up watching TV for the first time in his 19 years in prison. One said 'I am hearing from God on a daily basis a lot easier' and so on! It is neat to see this criminal behaving better and living a more holy life than many Christians out there in the churches. I know that God has brought me to CLU for His kingdom. So whatever it takes I want to continue teaching these courses through CLU. How much will it cost for inmates for 3 credits?

Hello Jesus
        Mark Virkler thought it would be a good idea for me to take a minute to let You know how much I love You and to say thank You for all the blessings You've showered upon me. We talked a little about this on our walk this afternoon, but it does me good to write it all out.
        I was thinking about my friend Dick's comment about the seminary chapel sermon he heard in which the professor paused and ended with I just want you all to know that I love Jesus. And how uncomfortable they all were with that excessive emotionalism from the pulpit.
        Well, I do love You, too, Jesus. My friend, Wayne, was mentioning to me the other day about his difficulty in saying this because of the same gender issues. Maybe there is something to it, but my love for You has deepened this year like no other. I long for You to show up in my hands and to let me give You to those at the rail. I love to preach passionate sermons about You because of Your passionate love for us.
        I am so thankful for all the changes You are making in me and in parish life. I want nothing more passionately than intimacy with You. I want to share Your secrets. I want to simply be with You. I want to have my heart purged and filled with Your life and love. Love is really the fuel that must run the engine. God is love. God is the fuel that must run me.
        Thank You for healing Krista again. Thank You for sending the Holy Spirit into parish life at Good Shepherd in ways we have not seen before. Thank You for the calling You have extended to me and confirm in so many ways when I am doubtful.
        Jesus, I am so thankful for this time at Lebh Shomea with You. Please change me this week. I don't want to go home the same person I am now. Give me Your eyes to see the world around me. Give me Your heart to feel compassion and to heal. Give me wisdom and courage to finally begin to lead the parish into the destiny You have for us.
        Thank You for my girls. Thank You for Beth, my firstborn, in whom I see so much of myself and cringe. For Katie, whom I am so thankful for in her athleticism and academics, but also in the deepness of her spirit. Thank You for Julie, whom I love to wrestle with and be wrestled by. Thank You, Jesus, for making everything pulsate with Your vibrance as I look at it.
        OKthat's enough. What do You have to say?

        Thanks. I love you, too. I've been drawing you closer to Me these past months because I just can't stand having the distance between us. Last year at Lebh Shomea we had some wonderful visits, but once you went back, you just got busy and our times dried up. I will be with you in a new and powerfully deep way this week that will change the way you carry out My work at Good Shepherdas well as how you view yourself.
        I am going to begin to give you so much more than you expect, although you are beginning to realize how extravagant I am with My affections. The things you have seen Me do so far are only the beginning of what will come to pass this year. Next year when you are sitting here, we'll be laughing about so many things!
        Thank you, Steve, for contending for My truth in situations where it would be easy to deny it. You have witnessed to your brothers about My power and presence. I will give you more opportunities to do so this year. You have been faithful in this little season, but now I will give you a bit more to stretch you and strengthen you. Just look at what has happened in only the first four weeks of 2006! The prayer workshop was a breakthrough event for Good Shepherd. Now I am going to bring you another experience of deliverance ministry and another deep inner healing situation. But, remember, I love you deeply and I am always here for you.

Lordwhat do You want to speak concerning the things I am learning?

        I am exposing you to these things so that you can give them away to others. The folks that I have sent you to have a deep hunger for Me, but no one has taught them how to hear My voice. Some are actually afraid of Me! You are learning these things and it will make your life exciting and more fulfilling, but as you pass it on, My garden will blossom in the springtime of a new season in the life of the parish.
        You have been drinking up this new teaching and passing it on to the others I have raised up to you. Much of this has been refused, but there are many more than you would ever guess out there in the pews who are hungry and thirsty for Me and will eventually drink deeply of what I offer them. Hang in there! I am with you always. Really!
