Health Tip - How To Get A Good Night's Sleep

Good sleep is key to good health. I am going to share with you the two things which have been truly effective in increasing the quality of my sleep.

First thing which produced better sleep: I got one extra hour of sleep per night after completing the prayer exercises described here: Clearing Cellular Memories - A Prayer Workshop For Healing Emotional Roots to Diseases. And the tightness in my back and neck also went away

Second thing which produced better sleep: CalMac With Melatonin, which you mix up as a warm drink before going to bed. I love it mixed half and half with apple cider. Amazing how much better I sleep when I take this in the evening. The link above explains all the health benefits.
