How to order business cards with the Four Keys on the back

(You may need to use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of your screen to view the entire page.)

Despite what appear to be a large number of steps, this process may take you as little as five to ten minutes! If you are uncomfortable using a computer, and the instructions below look too intimidating, click here for an easier option.

The following instructions are for users of Windows XP. If you are using any other system, the steps should be very similar. If you have trouble adapting them, feel free to use the easier option.

First you'll need to download the JPEG graphic that has the Four Keys design. Right-click here and select "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As...". You'll want to save it to the Desktop (shown below), so it will be easy to find later.

To add this Four Keys graphic to the back of your business cards, start by simply visiting www.PrintsMadeEasy.com and clicking "Get Started" to select a design for the front side of your cards. Once you have chosen your design and customized your contact information, click the "Continue" button to add the cards to your shopping cart. Once they are in your shopping cart, click on the "Change Options" button (shown below).

In the small window that pops up, select the quantity you'd like to order, whether or not you want the front of your card (the side that has your contact information) to have a glossy finish, and also you must select the "Double-sided" style (shown below). When finished, click "Update Options" (shown below).

Now you'll be back in the shopping cart, and need to click on "Edit Artwork" (shown below).

Click on the "Back" tab (shown below) to edit the back side of the card.

Click on the "Insert an Image" button (indicated by the red arrow below).

Depending on which design you selected, you may see the following screen.
If you don't see the "Click Here" link (shown below), then skip the four steps in this gray box.
If you do see the "Click Here" link (shown below), then click it.

As long as you followed the previous steps precisely, and did not make any changes to your card after clicking on the "Edit Artwork" button, then you can safely click "OK" on the confirmation dialog box (shown below).

The design will be reloaded and you will need to click on the "Back" tab (shown below).

Click on the "Insert an Image" button (indicated by the red arrow below).

Click on the "Browse" button (shown below).

In the dialog box that appears, locate the "4keysbusinesscard(large).jpg" file that you downloaded to your Desktop during the first step. Select it by clicking on the name of the file once with your left mouse button, and then click "Open" (as indicated by the arrows below).

Click on the "Upload" button (shown below).

Once the popup window disappears, signifying that the file has finished uploading, click on the "Import Image" button (shown below).

If everything worked properly, you should see a screen that looks like this:

Click on the "Save Changes" button (shown at the far top right above).

You'll want to click the "Save this Project" button (shown below), so that you can easily re-order more business cards later without going through this whole process of creating them again!

Now all you need to do is go through the rest of the checkout process to complete your purchase.

Help! I can't make it work!

If for any reason you are unable to follow these instructions, there is an alternative. Start by simply visiting www.PrintsMadeEasy.com and clicking "Get Started" to select a design for the front side of your cards. Once you have chosen your design and customized your contact information, click the "Continue" button to add the cards to your shopping cart. Once they are in your shopping cart, click the "Save This Project" button (shown below).

After doing this, you can simply email CustomerService@PrintsMadeEasy.com and ask them to add the following design to the back of your saved business cards:

(copy and paste that web address into the email)

Can I use Vistaprint?

If you would like to try and add the Four Keys graphic to business cards you order from www.vistaprint.com, then you'll want to use a slightly different file that has different dimensions. Right-click here and select "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As...".
