Alliance Bible Church in Anchorage, Alaska is looking for a full-time pastoral position, which will be approximately evenly divided between youth ministry for grades 7-12 and Christian Education director.
The Youth Ministry portion will involve preparation and leadership of the midweek youth program and the development of discipleship relationships. There will also be the coordination of youth activities. This position will include oversight of volunteers in both the worship and youth ministries.
The Christian Education director position will involve oversight of all children’s ministries, their coordinators and workers from birth through 6th grade. Their will be opportunity for preaching, counseling, and other general pastoral duties as giftedness and opportunity match.
