 Rate the presence of each of the following standards in the class being evaluated
  1. Invited the Holy Spirit’s presence at the beginning of each meeting, led the participants into an encounter with the Holy Spirit during the session, and thanked the Holy Spirit in prayer at the end of the session for what He did.
  1. Created a loving, personal environment at the beginning of each meeting and maintained it throughout.
  1. Used appropriate methods (generally real life stories/drama) to capture everyone’s attention.
  1. Emphasized Christ’s power moving through us, rather than self in action.
  1. Emphasized underlying principles with their outworking practical applications.
  1. Shared ideas which were biblically and academically sound.
  1. Facilitated learning which included whole brain plus heart.
  1. Lived and demonstrated the truths personally in his life.
  1. Drew the group into discussion of how they were applying the principles in their lives.
  1. Facilitated the application of truths into each person’s life.
