eBook, MP3 and streaming video orders will NOT BE CHARGED SHIPPING, despite what is displayed in the shopping cart and email invoice. All orders are processed manually, and shipping for these items will be deducted before your credit card is charged.

Shipping within the United States

	Shipping fee is calculated as 14% of the order total, with $6.50 being the minimum charge.
	Domestic orders are shipped by Priority Mail or FedEx Ground unless expedited shipping is requested (for an additional charge).

International Orders

Shipping fee shown in the shopping cart DOES NOT APPLY to international orders. The true charge is calculated at time of shipment. You will be charged the actual shipping cost, plus a $3 handling fee.

All orders are sent by Air unless you need to receive it quicker. If so, please indicate that and request other shipping options in the "Comments" field when completing your order.

It may be best for you to call us at 1-716-681-4896 and discuss your shipping options. You may also email us to request a quote.

Canada

At this time Air shipping may take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. If this is unacceptable, please request other shipping options (for an additional charge).

All Other Countries

	All orders are shipped via air.
	Nigerian orders must be paid by money order.
